This white '69 Boss 429 is 1 of 859 Boss 429's built and 1 of the 279 white ones that were built. It is a 2 owner vehicle and retains all of its original sheet metal, except the tail light panel and trunk drop under the trunk mounted battery.
The interior is original, including the carpet, seats, door panels, rear deck and looks great. The headliner and dash have been replaced with NOS pieces.
The drivetrain is completely numbers matching with 50 miles. The engine has been dyno tuned and all mechanicals built to original and concours standards. The engine is .006 over (6 thousandths), retains its stock heads, crank, balancer, pulleys, power steering, exhaust manifolds, smog, carb, air cleaner, snorkel, hoses, clamps, valve covers etc. A centerforce clutch was installed as well.
The original suspension was removed, cleaned, rebuilt and detailed. It even has NOS ball joints re-riveted into the control arms. The brake calipers have even been rebuilt using NOS seals. The original trans was dissassembled, cleaned, case glass beaded and phosphated and re-assembled. All paint daubs were replaced as documented in dissassembly. The rear end received a similar restoration. Broken down,glass beaded and detailed and reassenbled. All new bearings, seals etc.
Both the lug nuts and exhaust system are Scott Fuller Reproductions and as any concours nut would know, these are the best in the business.
There is excellent documentation with the car, comprising of the Marti Deluxe report, Eminger Invoices x 2, Build sheets, Original paperwork from Dealership, Original keys, Original key tags and a picture of the original owner taking delivery of the car when new..!
